OUR WARRANTY PROMISE

We offer a full 12-month replacement warranty on all our products. If you experience an issue with your product based on manufacturing faults within the warranty period, we will either repair or replace it free of charge for you. Faulty goods will be replaced with the same model only unless otherwise stated by ourselves. We do not offer refunds and any replacements offered shall be at our discretion only*. *Terms and conditions apply, see below.

If your item breaks, please contact us before attempting to fix it yourself as many issues can cause more damage than they initially seem and may end up costing you extra money in parts or technician fees. Once we receive notification from ourselves via email/phone call/Facebook message of a broken product (and if the product is on our warrantee list), we will offer to repair or replace it free of charge to you.

Please note that if your item breaks outside of our warranty period, we can still help but may request a small fee depending on the issue at hand.
